Customer Service Representative

Luxclusif’s Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, sale negotiations, and order processing. Responsibilities Luxclusif is looking for a talented and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join the team, reporting to the CS Manager. The CSR plays a vital role not just in driving great customer experience, but in making sure orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. The CSR is responsible for: Addressing customer inquiries and requests via E-mail and Freshdesk ticketing platform in a professional and timely manner Customer retention Negotiate with customers in a strategic manner that will lead to a potential sale Document and report incidents Review and finalize customer purchase orders Process orders for dispatch Work closely with the BD Team to stay updated on client policies and processes Qualifications At least 2 years in college Experience in the BPO industry for an international account preferred Excellent written and spoken professional communication skills in English Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, collaborative and a strong team player Detail-oriented Good customer service and problem-solving skills Willing to work weekends and in shifting schedules Can work with minimum supervision What we offer Start up culture where decisions are taken with speed for implementation, empowered individuals looking for exponential growth in a performance culture driven environment where impact of results promote the candidate development in the organisation.
