Talent & Performance Manager

Our People Team is focused on sourcing, developing and keeping in the house the best and most talented professionals in the market. We work hard, we are ambitious and we always aim for more challenges. About The Role Coordinate and be the solid rock of the Talent & Performance Team. Be the business partner of the Team Leaders, identifying Talent needs, such as business-level hiring plans, internal moves and career growth opportunities. Define the strategy and supervise all Talent related topics such as employer branding, recruitment, onboarding and performance. Manage the Performance Evaluation process and implement it twice a year. Coordinate with the Learning & Development team all needed initiatives and projects. Implement Compensation & Benefits policies. Prepare and confirm local payroll, contracts and other necessary admin tasks. Supervise the office and assets management. About You You are graduated in Psychology and/or Human Resources Management and you have, at least, 4 years of solid experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner. As manager of the Talent & Performance unit, you’ll also have to lead an amazing team of two fun, creative and hardworking women - so we will value leadership experience as well. Our company is a fast-paced one that is constantly changing and evolving - so you must easily adapt to situations, people and new processes. You are creative and like to build processes from scratch, but you are also the one who puts hands-on and is committed to making things happen, until the end. You are a caregiver, you enjoy listening to their concerns and needs, and you actually understand and empathize with them. You worked with MBTI in the past, are an excellent communicator and you truly know the meaning of being a people person. As we have offices around the globe, you will have to speak and write English every day, so we expect you to be fluent.
