Project Manager

The Merchandise team is a key team in the company that provides goods to the business, enhancing sales and the overall performance of the organization. Is also responsible for the acquisition of goods, development of new partners, responsible for the relation with suppliers, continuous growth, and buying budget management. Currently, the Merchandise team is located between Manila, Porto, and now Tokyo. About The Role Lead cross-functional project alignment when Merchandising is the driving party Interact with internal and external stakeholders to align on project goals and objectives. Identify, align and communicate scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables. Build relevant project documents (charter, scope, project plans, status reporting, RACI) sharing them with relevant stakeholders. Coordinate resources for execution with both time and quality. Manage expectations both internally and externally on deliverables and deviations. Act as liaison between Merchandising and other departments Be the central point of communication across all the involved project teams. Coordinate internally to ensure deliveries. Deep understanding of Merchandising business logics and internal processes. Foster continuous improvement inside the team. About You You graduated in Engineering or Business Management (or similar) and worked as a Project Manager (at least 3 years). You are excellent at managing multiple projects. You think fast and smart and you know how to deal with people's needs and expectations. You also must speak English fluently. Merchandising Planner

The Merchandising Department has three main verticals: Buying Team, Project Management Team, and Merchandising Team. Within the department, you will be working with the Buying and Project Management Team. Both teams are responsible for acquiring items and making sure that shipments and fulfilled in a timely manner, and ensuring that Inbound process follows optimally through coordination and alignment with the Operations team. About The Role Inside-out knowledge on Merchandising KPI and metrics to provide insights and recommendations. Prepare acquisition and inventory forecasts as well as product and brand sales plans. Support R&D Data team on tasks pertaining to stock monitoring and stock increase. Coach and mentor other team members to be data-driven by training them about the tools and metrics available. Monitor, analyze, and provide final reports for the different experiments/ initiatives implemented. Provide updated numbers on needed for acquisition and inventory forecasts. About You You have a degree in Business Analytics, Math, Statistics (or similar). You have 2 years of experience as a Business Analysis, Merchandising Planner (or similar) in fashion retail or eCommerce companies. You are an expert with Excel/Google sheets and Data visualization tools (Microsoft Excel, Data Studio). Your English skills are amazing! Lead Buyer

Ensure continuous in-flow of stock through managing suppliers and maintaining a relationship with them. Certify that products being bought are relevant and saleable, basing buying decisions on data analysis & trend forecasting. Put into practice an effective pricing strategy while ensuring profit margins. About You You are graduated in Management/Business (or similar) and you have worked as a Buyer or Merchandiser (at least 2/3 years). You love fashion, know all about trends and luxury brands paired with strong analytical skills to enhance your decision-making. Previous team leadership and project management are nice to have. Experience in fashion retail or eCommerce companies is preferred and English fluency is mandatory.
