Partnerships & Performance Lead

The account management unit is responsible to boost the relationships with our partners! Their priority is seeking opportunities to develop and manage the business of our clients with marketing campaigns and good growth strategy tools. Our main customers are a reference in the resale industry (ie. The Real Real, Vestiaire Collective, Reebonz, Farfetch, etc). About The Role Serve as the lead point of contact for all Buyback partner account management matters (through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings). Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis. Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals. Acquire new partners, negotiate contracts, and close agreements. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Identify areas of improvement to meet Buyback quotas. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly results and annual targets). Prepare reports on account status. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and grow opportunities with existing partners. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Liaise between the customer and internal teams. Stick to deadlines and ensure account planning on tasks and deliverables. About You You are graduated in Management or Marketing and you have more than 5 years of account manager or a project manager experience. You are a communicative person and you enjoy making others growing! Head of Trade-in & Buyback

About The Role Pitch and acquiring new brands and retailers to be enrolled on our buyback / trade-in program Negotiating and maintaining SLAs and success metrics with partners Coordinating a team of account managers that ensure all the operational part of the program while ensuring partner and final customer satisfaction Managing the integration of partners in close collaboration with the Product and Engineering teams Draft strategies to improve the relevance of submissions Be a driver of continuous improvement and innovation with Trade-in About You You are graduated in Management (or similar). You have 5 years of work experience in Management roles for e-commerce and/or retail companies. You are an expert on the fashion retail industry and you understand how it's linked to different functional areas. You have amazing interpersonal skills and you are ready to work collaboratively.
