Finance Operations Associate
As with every company, the Finance team is a core department that interacts with every other team. Its impact is crucial for the company’s growth and its responsibilities influence the Management’s decisions.
At the moment, all the team members are based in Manila (Philippines).

You are a graduate in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Finance-related courses, CPA is an advantage. You have at least 1 year of experience in Finance operations. Obviously, you also speak English fluently and you’re amazing at meeting strict reporting deadlines. |

About the Role
- Administer and classify unpaid invoices according to appropriate account and entity
- Validation and assessing reasonableness of payables
- Assist on audit request connecting with invoices requests and payable related queries
- Providing payable forecast for cash flow administration
- Prepare a monthly payable report
- Reconcile payable report with disbursement officer
- Prepare to the age of payables as requested
About You
