Merchandising Associate

The Merchandising Department has three main verticals: Buying Team, Project Management Team, and Merchandising Team. Both teams are responsible for acquiring items and making sure that shipments and fulfilled in a timely manner, and ensuring that Inbound process follows optimally through coordination and alignment with the Operations team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Product Specialist, you will be working closely with Buyers, Taggers and Curation team. You will be a product savvy, knowing in details all about Luxury market, products and authenticity.

PRODUCT INFO & REVIEW

    • Support K@talog team with product knowledge and mapping.
    • Validate usage of existing indexes and the newly created ones.
    • Review product attributes and condition, adding all necessary info for product sale success
    • Support taggers team on internal product matching and templating.
    • Ensure information showed to our clients it's accurate (Luxclusif Store).

PRODUCT INVESTIGATION

    • Help to develop clear Condition and Authenticity guidelines.
    • Conduct in-depth research about luxury products and authenticity.
    • Prepare product and price benchmarks.
About You

You are a graduate in Fashion, Business or Marketing (or similar) and you have some experience, internships and extra-academic activities are a plus. You love fashion, know all about trends and luxury brands, and your English skills are amazing.
