Merchandising Business Analyst

The Merchandising Department has three main verticals: Buying Team, Project Management Team, and Merchandising Team. Within the department, you will be working with the Buying and Project Management Team. Both teams are responsible for acquiring items and making sure that shipments and fulfilled in a timely manner, and ensuring that Inbound process follows optimally through coordination and alignment with the Operations team.

About the Role
  • Inside-out knowledge on Merchandising KPI and metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare acquisition and inventory forecasts as well as product and brand sales plans.
  • Support R&D Data team on tasks pertaining to stock monitoring and stock increase.
  • Coach and mentor other team members to be data-driven by training them about the tools and metrics available.
  • Monitor, analyze, and provide final reports for the different experiments/ initiatives implemented.
  • Provide updated numbers on needed for acquisition and inventory forecasts.
About You

You have a degree in Business Analytics, Math, Statistics (or similar). You have 2 years of experience as a Business Analysis, Merchandising Planner (or similar) in fashion retail or eCommerce companies. You are an expert with Excel/Google sheets and Data visualization tools (Microsoft Excel, Data Studio). Your English skills are amazing!
