Operations Lead | Buyback Initiatives
The Operations team is a key team in the company that provides business support enhancing organizational performance. The Operations Team is responsible for managing Luxclusif’s end-to-end product journey. Including Logistics fulfillment, Quality Control, and Cost Management. Currently, the Ops team has colleagues located in the Philippines, Portugal, China, and Japan.

| About You |
You are graduated preferably in Business Management or Supply Chain (or related fields). You have an analysis and Project Management background with at least 2 years of experience using data to understand operational performance. You also are able to understand Tech development in support of Supply Chain initiatives and coordinate these initiatives. Amazing at communicating and showcasing key business results. Obviously, you are amazing at speaking English. |

About the Role
Our Buyback Initiatives are based on Circular Supply Chain, by introducing a resale perspective to external partners/brands. This is a dynamic process, making this position a key stakeholder in the continuous improvement and adaptability of our Operational Processes.
Responsible for all Buyback OKR results and for implementing corrective measures to maintain all KPIs on track.
Works closely with the Production team, managing and coordinating all Buyback Initiatives
Interface with Luxclusif Partners to align on projected goals, objectives and new initiatives and developments.
Identify, align and communicate scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders
Manage expectations both internally and externally on deliverables and deviations
Be the central point of communication for Buyback related Operations with the involved project teams
Champion cross-functional alignment for Buyback initiatives
About You
